United Beauty Supply is a local beauty supply chain established in 1998 that’s primary vision is to help others feel beautiful and confident by providing quality beauty products. We offer an extensive variety of hair extensions, wigs, cosmetics, and other beauty products.
We are currently looking to hire an eCommerce Fulfillment Associate with a strong work ethic, eager to learn with a rapidly expanding online presence. We are looking for someone that’s personable with customers, fast and accurate at pulling and packing orders. Some experience is preferred but we will provide training. Hours can be flexible but weekends may be required.
Job Duties Include:
- Accurately processing orders in a timely manner
- Effectively packaging orders to optimize the shipping rates
- Assisting customers with questions related to orders and products via phone, emails, etc.
- Handling the packages safely, so that neither you nor the package is hurt
- Keeping warehouse areas clean, safe, and free from hazards
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience with customer service and order fulfillment preferred.
- Hair and beauty product knowledge a plus
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours
- Must be 18 year of age
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
