Order Processing

Order processing is done during regular business days of Monday through Friday excluding national holidays. In most cases, your order is processed and ready to ship in 1 business day. Processing may take 1 to 4 business days, a maximum of 7 business days depending on product availability.

The process begins for orders received before 3 pm Arizona standard time, Monday through Friday. Orders received after that time will begin processing on the next business day.

Order processing does not mean to ship your order.

Shipping Options

Depending on your order weight and product size, the following shipping options are available:

Free Shipping* – 4 to 10 business days.

Flat Rate Ground Shipping USPS* – 3 to 8 business days.

USPS First Class Mail – No guaranteed delivery time but is typically within 2 to 3 days.

USPS Priority Mail – 1 to 3 days in most locations.

USPS Priority Mail Express – Overnight or in 1 to 2 days on any day of the year, including Sundays and holidays.

In-Store Pickup – 3 to 4 business days during regular store hours. See our pickup policy and process.

For the cardholder’s protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.

*All shipping promotions apply to US Ground shipments only. AK, HI, AA, AE, AP, and VI are not included or eligible for Free or Flat Rate shipping.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to backorder items, out-of-stock items, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays and weekends do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

We will communicate with you through email on any out of stock items or identified delays.

Please note: Deliveries to APO/FPO/PO boxes cannot be time-frame guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We recommend all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked and delivered more efficiently.

Lost Packages and Insurance

Once packages are passed on to the carrier, USPS or UPS, unitedbeautysupply.com is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. This means that all risk with your package being lost is passed to you, however, we will assist you as much as possible as we know this can be frustrating.

Some shipping methods such as Priority Mail Expres and Priority Mail may include limited insurance. For more valuable purchases, you may request additional coverage by contacting United Beauty Supply for rates. Go here for standard coverage details.
