Now if you buy online, you can pick up your order for free at our AZ locations within 1 – 4 business days during regular business hours.
Here’s How It Works:
After entering your shipping address during checkout, choose Free In-Store Pickup.
Complete your online purchase.
When your order is ready, you’ll receive a “Ready for Pickup” email (this is different from the order confirmation email).
To pick up your purchase, please bring to the store:
The order number
A government-approved ID that matches with the credit card used for the purchase
Credit card used with your purchase
And matching email address or phone number on the order
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be available the following 1-4 business days for pickup.
Backorder, Out-of-Stock Items, and Delays
We are committed to excellent customer service, so we make every effort to have your order ready as soon as possible. However, purchases of backorder and out-of-stock items may take longer than 2 business days.
We will contact you right away by email or phone if there will be any delays in your order.
Return and Exchange Policy for In-Store Pickups from Online Purchases
At this time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges within the store for any online purchases. Please review our Return Policy for details or feel free to contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Failure To Pick Up Orders
Please pick up your order within 7 days of your order pick-up email otherwise your purchase will be returned minus a 15% restocking fee for the complete order.
